1. Service Description

JARS.LT provides access to Lithuanian company registry data via API. Services include company search functionality, real-time data updates, and other features depending on your chosen plan.

2. Terms of Use

By using JARS.LT services, you agree to:

• Use the API only for lawful purposes
• Not abuse the service or exceed plan limits
• Not store or distribute obtained data without consent
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania

3. API Key Usage

Your API key is confidential and must not be shared with third parties. You are responsible for all activities performed using your API key. If lost or compromised, notify us immediately.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. No refunds for unused periods.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data from the Register Centre, we cannot guarantee 100% data accuracy. Data is provided "as is" without any warranties.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous service availability, but may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. We are not liable for lost profits or damages due to service unavailability.

7. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
