The Lithuanian Company Registry (Registrų centras) is the official database of all legal entities registered in Lithuania. JARS.LT provides fast, free access to this data through a modern web interface and REST API.
What Data Is Available?
Every registered company in Lithuania has a public record that includes:
- Registration data — company code, legal form, status, address
- Financial statements — revenue, profit, assets, equity (from annual reports)
- SODRA data — employee count, average wages, tax paid
- Directors and beneficiaries — people associated with the company
All data comes from official sources: Registrų centras and SODRA. It is updated daily.
Searching for Companies
You can search by company name or registration code. The search supports Lithuanian diacritics — searching for "ausros" will find "Aušros".

Financial Data
Financial reports are submitted annually. You can view:
- Profit & Loss — revenue, profit before tax, net profit
- Balance Sheet — assets, equity, liabilities
- Inflation-adjusted values — all figures can be viewed adjusted for inflation using the HICP index

SODRA Data
SODRA (State Social Insurance Fund) provides monthly data on:
- Number of insured employees
- Average declared wage
- Taxes paid to the social insurance fund
This data helps understand a company's workforce dynamics and compensation trends.

API access requires an API key. The free plan includes 100 requests per month.
